Training Band Rehearsal
Training band rehearses each Wednesday morning in the WPS Hall from 7:30 until 8:45.
Students need to help to set up and pack away chairs and music stands, with direction from the Conductors and parent volunteer supervisors.

Blokes Night – State of Origin League Game
HEY GUYS, THIS ONE’S FOR YOU!
Some great WPS blokes have got together to organise a Blokes’ Night Out – all WPS Dads and Caregivers are invited!
We’ve booked the Willoughby Hotel on Sunday 23rd June from 6pm. State of Origin Game 2 will be on the big screen upstairs, so there’s bound to be some friendly Blues vs Maroons banter.
It’s going to be a great school community event, so please show your support and come along to meet some other WPS blokes.
Entry is $25, which includes a drink on arrival, food platters, private area to view game, lucky door prize, raffle & auction.

Mothers & Others Day Stall
Dads and Carers, don’t forget to buy a voucher for your child to ‘shop’ at the Mothers Day Stall. Buy a voucher at https://www.trybooking.com/488343 before 5/5. The gifts are gorgeous and the kids love choosing a gift from the selection we have at the stall. The gifts will be beautifully pre-wrapped but please send along a bag to take the gift/s home in.

The WPS Uniform Shop 2nd hand uniform sale is cancelled until further notice.

WPS P&C Family Fun Day
Willoughby Public School P&C would like to welcome you to 2020 with a Family Fun day in Willoughby Park. It will be a fabulous afternoon with music, inflatables, games, sideshow alley activities and dancing. It’s a great way to start our school year, catching up with old friends and making new ones.
The WPS P&C Family Fun Day will be held on Saturday 29 February 2020 from 3.30 – 7.30 on the lower oval at Willoughby Park. Tickets can be purchased using the link below.

Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Children’s tickets include a sausage sandwich and unlimited activities including jumping castles, Bubble Soccer, a disco and Sideshow Alley, run by our year 6 students. The Willoughby Roos and North Sydney Junior Baseball will also be there with games and giveaways.
There will be food trucks on site, along with live music.
Bring your own drink bottles to use at our H2O hydration station.
Should wet weather mean we can’t go ahead, our back up date is Saturday 7 March.
